At Beatsy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products can be returned or refunded.

📦 Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
• Product images or an unboxing video may be required for verification

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons.

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected
• For online payments, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, as per customer preference

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
• The product is used, damaged, or altered by the customer
• Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer unavailability
• Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences

❌ Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
